For the events where a fixed bar isn’t available at the time you need it, or where you need it, our mobile bar service serves the same premium brands, just in the location of your choice.
Our sleek black mobile bar set-up is available when you need it, where you need it and for the whole length of your party too. Serving the same premium brand labels you’d find at the pub, we can serve up to 300 guests with our selection of spirits, wines, beers and cocktails.
And better still, if you’re needing to cater for kids too, you can add on the option of having a slush machine (or still have it anyway for some boozy slush cocktails)! We offer the service in 3 ways to suit your budget, you either pay for the drinks in advance this is a ‘Free’ bar or your guests pay on the night, this is a ‘cash/pay’ bar or you can hire it ‘dry’ without staff or alcohol.
Cash / Pay Bar – your guests pay for their own drinks, all we ask is for a £200 deposit to secure your bar on your date, this is refunded after 7 days subject to an agreed minimum sale (usually around £800, that’s just £10 per head for 80 guests). Free Bar – you set a budget per head, depending on the number of guests you have and pay for the drinks in advance making it hassle free on the night. We ask for a £200 deposit to secure the equipment for your date which is refunded after the event. You can either revert to a pay bar when this money is spent or add more to the kitty.
Dry Hire – If you have a smaller event or the budget is tight – you can hire all the equipment and run the bar yourself. We come and set-up for you so all you need to do on the night is provide the drinks and ice. We even provide the glassware – From £500 + VAT. This service requires a 25%, balance due 14 days prior to the event.
We take cash or credit card so long as we can establish a WiFi connection to process payments.
Licences: A TEN (Temporary Event Notice) may be required for your venue, if this is the case we will complete the forms to the local authority and pass on the admin charge of £25
I found you by using google. The staff were fantastic. Hannah in the office was really charming and helpful. You replaced the faulty buzzer game within 20 mins of a phone call to your office. The young man who delivered the games was delightful. I would totally recommend you to anybody doing an event. The website was fine but it was helpful talking to somebody.
